FAQs
How to Buy
Monthly Equipment Auctions are Held on the Last Saturday of every month at 9:00am CST. We also conduct other special auctions that will be posted on our website.
Auction Day
You will need a bidder number to bid at Parker Auctions. Please proceed to the office first on auction day and register with our office staff. Once you are given a bidders number you are ready to bid, this number is good forever with Parker Auctions. The next time you attend one of our auctions if you know your CORRECT bidder number, you can go straight to the auction. If you purchase a lot our system will automatically sign you in. If you are unsure of your number PLEASE visit the office to get the correct number.
Auction Terms
The property is sold in “as is” condition and without recourse, and neither Parker Auctions nor the consignor makes any representations or warranties, expressed or implied, as to catalogue description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, age or condition of any of the property offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, prior to the auction, to examine the property and make a determination as to the value, condition, description, authenticity, provenance, origin, size and age of the property.
Removal of Items
All items must be paid for before they can be loaded and or removed from Parker Auctions property. Payments can be made in the main office. Upon payment you will be given a receipt showing lot as Paid in Full.
How to Sell
Parker Auctions welcomes you items for consignment. Please call our office to discuss. We can take items up until auction day but the earlier you bring you items will allow us more time to advertise the lots.
Fees
We charge a percentage of items sold. The percentages are 10% of the first $2,000 and 5% of everything after that.
